In order to provide updated, comprehensive and formal news about E-Commerce, from July 1, 2015, VECITA cooperated with electronic newspaper Vnexpress to launch a specialized section for E-Commerce.

In June 19, 2015, VECITA cooperated with University of Commerce to hold the national symposium “10 years Faculty of E-Commerce and the development orientation”.

In September 30th, 2014, in headquarter of Ministry of Industry and Trade, Deputy Minister Tran Tuan Anh granted the Decision no. 8268/QD-BCT on appointing Deputy General Director of E-Commerce and Information Technology Agency (VECITA), which was signed on September 15th, 2014 by Minister Vu Huy Hoang, to Mrs. Lai Viet Anh, Head of Legal Division.
